Kimberly Labanauskas

Linkedin

Global Business Development

People want to work with real people, not just companies. For me, understanding my clients’ pain points and actively listening has been key to building lasting relationships. When you treat every interaction as a transaction, it’s easily forgotten. But when you show vulnerability and truly connect, people are more likely to engage. I make it a priority to add fun to every client interaction and provide actionable takeaways they can apply to their daily operations. Instead of focusing on what my company has done, I focus on what they can do to make their day-to-day easier. A vendor should simplify, not complicate.
